COCOL is a store located in the most traditional center of Madrid, in an old upholstery workshop that you will recognize by its blue wooden façade and its large windows.
Here we can find objects from a lifetime: traditional ceramics, enameled kitchenware, mortars, kitchen tables, blown glass, cotton towels, wicker and esparto grass.
...It smells like a village store, a grandparents' house, wax, mud, leather, esparto grass, wool and soap. We feel the urge to touch everything and rediscover materials and textures, try on a hat, a beret, espadrilles, a virgin wool sweater or a shawl woven on traditional looms.
