Young people and adults (from 15 to 20 years old, according to modalities): freestyle, swimming, aquatic rescue and table tennis (from 21 to 64 years old): aquagam, dances, indoor/abdominal cycle, combined (permanent physical education and sports), fitness, swimming, compensation swimming, paddle tennis, pilates, tennis and toning. Over 65 years: physical activity, acuagim, dance and swimming. Activities for people with physical disabilities: water activity (adults).

• Indoor sports units: sports pavilion, swimming pool (25 meter pool, teaching pool) and multipurpose room (aerobics).
