Big Mama Ballroom, in its five years of history, has programmed more than 300 concerts with top-level national and international bands of various genres. Big Mama Ballroom has become the main promoter of swing with live music in Madrid. The hall is a true magnet for lovers of traditional jazz music and its dances: it has attracted more than 4,000 attendees from different parts of the world to its festivals and international events, in addition to having a regular audience made up of amateur and professional dancers. In April 2021, after a year closed, Big Mama Ballroom opens its doors as a jazz club/concert venue, to continue its commitment to live music, but from a broader perspective. And it hopes to continue being a benchmark and betting on the Madrid scene, where music lovers and dancers can coexist in a space created for the time where music and dance were indissoluble.
