...How it came about, anecdote, funny moment and description of López de Hoyos clients: 5 years after the opening of Barrio del Pilar and its success, we opened Alright de López de Hoyos in July 2019, a slightly more modern restaurant, decorated with Illuminated murals designed by a friend and artist where the love is evident and where we present the family that we are at Alright. In 2020, a few months after opening, we find ourselves face to face with the pandemic. These have been quite difficult years and we have had to work hard and do everything in our power to start again in the best possible way, but it has done a lot of damage to us and to the hotel industry in general. Imagination has been a good ally in this period, but the unconditional support of our Alrighters has been the key to moving forward. A very funny moment (what a poor thing) hahahaha but one day a client did not see the window that we have in López de Hoyos and he entered the restaurant with great spirits and slapped himself so hard that the whole restaurant was silent and looking and then that's it we all started laughing (it was good). Our clients or as we call them, our Alrighters, are the bomb, they support us a lot and what am I going to say about them, each client that walks through the door of the restaurant is special for us because they trust our kitchen and service and that fills us of pride. Without a doubt, our success is thanks to each person that makes up Alright, we have managed to create a small or medium-sized family that enjoys making our clients happy and I think that making someone happy with good food and good service is very cool because people thanks a lot.
