WOMEN'S HEALTH LIVE 2025 RETURNS TO MADRID ON OCTOBER 3

Women's Health Live , the major fitness and women's event, returns to Madrid for its 2025 edition. The event will take place on October 3 at the Galería de Cristal del Palacio de Cibeles , a spectacular location in the heart of the capital.

Following the success of 2024, when more than 1,500 women filled the Plaza de Colón training together, the event celebrates its 13th edition with the same energy: a unique afternoon of sports, music, and fun designed for everyone, regardless of their level.

A fitness experience in the heart of Madrid

Women's Health Live offers programming designed for group enjoyment, combining training, motivation, and a festive atmosphere that attracts hundreds of participants each year.

The event has the collaboration of the Madrid City Council , through the program Everything is in Madrid , and with the support of District 41 Barrio de Salamanca , consolidating itself as an event that unites sport, leisure and commerce in one of the most exclusive areas of the city.

Lidia Torrent will be the presenter

This edition will be hosted by presenter Lidia Torrent , who will accompany attendees on a day full of positive energy.
