The magic of the outdoors returns with Vicálvaro Nights 2025
2025/07/08
Flamenco, rock, dance, fusion, and stars: summer in Vicálvaro is lived to the rhythm of live music.
The Vicálvaro Nights return this summer with a carefully curated program of ten open-air cultural events in the Valdebernardo Forest Park , where art and music come together under the night sky. From July 3rd to August 10th , every Thursday and Saturday at 10:00 pm —except Saturday, July 26th—the district's residents can enjoy free concerts featuring flamenco, rock, R&B, fusion, and dance, as well as a finale where they can dream among the stars.
The cycle begins on Thursday, July 3 , with guitarist Joni Jiménez , the recent winner of the 2024 Bordón Minero Award, who presents Convite , a flamenco show accompanied by great artists such as Juan Parrilla and Rapico.
He will be followed on Saturday, July 5 by Josemi Carmona , from Ketama, in a performance that comes with the 21 Distritos program.
Dance takes center stage on Thursday, July 10 with Fiala , a proposal that travels from romantic ballet to contemporary dance.
And on Saturday the 12th , Los Saxos del Averno will rock the park with their powerful mix of R&B and sixties blues.
The program continues on Thursday, July 17 with Carmen París , who in En synthesis reinvents the jota by fusing it with Mediterranean and American sounds.
On Saturday the 19th , emotion will be the focus of a Tribute to Amaral , where his anthems will come back to life.
On Thursday, July 24 , the Cuban female quartet Vocal Vidas will celebrate its 13th anniversary on stage.
And a week later, on Thursday the 31st , it will be the turn of Uña y Carne , who promise to get the audience dancing with their mix of rumba and viral rock .
Already in August, on Saturday the 2nd , Judith Mateo , the only female rock violinist in the country, will offer a powerful and unique live performance.
And to close this edition, on Sunday, August 10 , the August Moon sensory experience will combine immersive melodies with a meteor shower, putting the finishing touch to an unforgettable cultural summer.
