VICALVARO IS PREPARING FOR A 2025 CELEBRITY FULL OF MUSIC, THEATRE AND TRADITION

The Vicálvaro district is already gearing up for its popular festivals , which will take place from Thursday, June 26th to Sunday, June 29th , with a packed program of activities for all audiences. Concerts, children's shows, sports competitions, theater, bands, foam parties, and fireworks will fill every corner of the district with life and joy.
Among the highlights of this edition are the stellar performances of Café Quijano, DJ Nano and DJ Wally López , in addition to the eagerly awaited opening speech by journalist María José Escalera, a reporter for Telemadrid.
Music for all tastes
The main stages of the Vicálvaro Fairgrounds and El Cañaveral will host a diverse musical offering, ranging from orchestras and family concerts to renowned DJ sets. Saturday night, the 28th, will be especially powerful, with Café Quijano , the fireworks show, and DJ Nano 's set, followed by DJ Miss Tempo, lasting until the early hours.
Theater, culture, and activities for the whole family
The theater will also have a prominent place with performances such as Dinner for Idiots, Toc Toc , and The Auction of the Muses, as well as children's shows such as The Infinite Journey , Sing and Dance , and experiences in English for the little ones.
The El Madroño Cultural Center, Valdebernardo, and Fuente de San Pedro, as well as various outdoor spaces such as Plaza Juan Carlos Onetti and El Cañaveral, will be key places to experience culture with your family.
Contests, sports and tradition
The festivities will also feature traditional activities such as the Spanish Omelette Competition , the olive pit throwing, and the Clubs Meeting, as well as a varied sports program: basketball tournaments, chess, the second edition of the "Madrid Corre por Vicálvaro" race, and skating and roller-skating exhibitions.
