SUMMER 2025 IN CHAMBERÍ: MORE THAN 100 FREE ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AUDIENCES

The Chamberí district is preparing for a summer full of culture, leisure, and civic engagement. Between June and September, Madrid City Council has organized more than 100 free activities, open to residents and visitors, with no prior registration required and subject to capacity.
Concerts, classical theater, children's shows, workshops, exhibitions, sports activities, and nature outings are part of the "I am Summer, I am Chamberí" program, a commitment to local culture in the district's streets, squares, and cultural centers.
The event is designed for all audiences, with special attention to families and the enjoyment of public spaces during the summer months.

Contests and competitions in the framework of the district's festivities
As part of this summer agenda, the district has also organized a series of contests and competitions open to neighborhood participation:
- 1st Facade Decoration Competition, on the occasion of the 2025 Fiestas de Nuestra Señora del Carmen, which seeks to beautify the neighborhood and encourage citizen involvement.
- June 21: Spring Speed Painting Competition, aimed at adult artists.
- June 21: Children's and youth speed painting competition, designed to stimulate creativity among young people.
The Chamberí district has thus established itself as a benchmark for summer cultural activities in Madrid, with a varied, free, and accessible program for all.
