Passarela Brasil Fashion Madrid brings Brazilian creativity to the heart of El Retiro

The fourth edition of Passarela Brasil Fashion Madrid will be held from September 7 to October 4, 2026, at the Eugenio Trías Municipal Public Library, in the heart of Retiro Park. Under the theme “Brasil Core: Roots, Identity, and Contemporary Creation,” the event will bring together designer fashion, crafts, design, and creative economy products from various regions of Brazil, aiming to offer Madrid audiences a contemporary perspective on Brazilian cultural identity.

The program will feature eight creative proposals showcasing the richness and diversity of Brazilian production. Brands, designers, artisans, and collectives will present works created with materials and techniques such as denim, cotton, macramé, embroidery, agave fiber, carnauba straw, and metals. The exhibition aims to highlight not only the design itself, but also the traditional knowledge, raw materials, and stories of the regions behind each piece.

The event will culminate on October 4th with a closing fashion show, where the creations exhibited over nearly a month will grace the runway. Created and directed by Cleo Costa, Passarela Brasil Fashion Madrid celebrates its fourth edition, solidifying its position as a platform connecting Brazil and Europe, aimed at boosting the international visibility of Brazilian designers, artisans, entrepreneurs, and regions.
