NEW TENDER FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MUNICIPAL MARKET OF ALTO DE EXTREMADURA

On October 4, 2024, the Government Area for Economy, Innovation and Finance of the Madrid City Council published the tender for the concession of services of the Alto de Extremadura Municipal Market , located at Paseo de los Jesuitas, 44, in the Latina district.

This tender, which will be awarded through an open procedure, aims to award the full management of the public service of the market , with a term of execution of 25 years. The successful bidder will be responsible for the operation of the property and the provision of services as established in the Law on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP), the Municipal Markets Ordinance (OMM) and the specifications.
