2026/06/16
To mark European Music Day, Madrid Luxury District is organizing the second edition of Madrid Luxury Music on Saturday, June 20th. This musical event, featuring 16 live performances, will take place along Ortega y Gasset, Velázquez, Zurbano, Fernando VI, and Puerta de Alcalá streets. The initiative is a collaboration with the Madrid City Council through its "Todo Está en Madrid" (Everything Is in Madrid) program.
From 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, 24 musicians will offer an open-air program combining classical and contemporary music, featuring performances on classical guitar, clarinet, violin, cello, harp, double bass, flute, and saxophone, along with vocal performances and covers of well-known songs by up-and-coming artists. The classical music program is presented by the Katarina Gurska Foundation, and the program also includes soloists and singer-songwriters exploring genres such as soul and jazz, a flamenco performance, and several saxophone concerts. Each concert will last fifteen minutes.
The performances will take place in front of the establishments of brands associated with Madrid Luxury District, including Chaumet, Longines, Jimmy Choo, La Duquesita, Celine, Edificio Beatriz, Brunello Cucinelli, Gandía Blasco, Loro Piana, Hotel Bless, Carrera y Carrera, Bulgari, Tiffany & Co., Manero, Hotel Santo Mauro, and Ramses. The day will conclude at the Hotel Santo Mauro with the closing concert, "Clarinet Ensemble," with free admission.
