The Madrid City Council has presented the "Made in Madrid" quality seal, an initiative aimed at enhancing the prestige and visibility of products made in the capital, highlighting local craftsmanship, quality and innovation.

Launched within the framework of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid 2026, the distinction seeks to recognize professionals and companies that produce in the city under high standards, covering sectors such as fashion, jewelry, ceramics, footwear or gastronomy.

As a presentation, the project has featured a space at IFEMA that brings together both contemporary firms and historic houses, reflecting the combination of tradition and avant-garde that defines Madrid.

In addition to visibility, the seal will offer strategic benefits to participating brands, such as access to institutional campaigns, international events and support programs, thus strengthening the competitiveness of the local creative sector.

With this initiative, Madrid aims to consolidate itself as a city where authenticity, origin and "know-how" become key elements of its cultural and economic positioning.
