Madrid is Fashion kicks off Madrid Fashion Week celebrating its new edition from February 12 to 14.

The initiative, organized by the Association of Fashion Creators of Spain (ACME), an entity subsidized by the Madrid City Council through the Madrid Capital of Fashion project , will turn the city into the capital of international fashion. Different Spanish fashion creators will participate in this unique proposal.
TRADES, THE INVISIBLE ART OF FASHION
This installment of Madrid is Fashion revolves around the concept of "Trades, the invisible art of fashion" , a vindication of the craftsmanship that is present in the field of fashion. The tradition and knowledge of artisanal crafts are passed from generation to generation and enrich the work of designers, by offering added value to garments through manual techniques and careful details.
The space chosen to develop this concept that forms the backbone of the new edition of Madrid es Moda , has been the Conde Duque Contemporary Culture Center , a space in which the teaser for this new edition has been filmed, and where the opening ceremony of this new edition that is celebrated from February 12 to 14.
FASHION MADE IN SPAIN
Madrid es Moda once again brings together some of the most important voices in fashion made in Spain. In this new edition some of the most relevant firms in our country will be present in this new edition : Beatriz Peñalver, Devota & Lomba , Roberto Verino, Fely Campo , Evade House , García Madrid, Javier Delafuente, Juan Vidal , Ernesto Naranjo, Leandro Cano , Moisés Nieto , Maison Mesa , or The Extreme Collection, among many others.

DIALOGUE BETWEEN FASHION, DANCE & TRADES
Every Madrid es Moda presentation is always a true spectacle. In September 2021, the Spanish Fashion Ballroom voguing contest took place. In the next edition, Eslow Fashion in motion was held, a bus itinerary through different points in the center of Madrid. In the last edition in February 2023, a dance show two steps from Puerta del Sol and in the last edition, held in September 2023, Madrid es Moda offered a beautiful flamenco show at the Archaeological Museum of Madrid.
This year, Madrid Fashion Week will begin with the inauguration of Madrid es Moda with a mixed action . On the one hand, it will offer a dance performance at the Conde Duque Contemporary Culture Center that will be completed with an outdoor exhibition in the Plaza de Colón, in which artisan crafts will also be valued and which can be enjoyed until February 17th.
