Madrid hotels open 'encuerpoyalma' to Madrid residents and visitors with a multitude of experiences

- AEHM, once again, will celebrate the seventh edition of Madrid Hotel Week, under the motto 'In body and soul', in which more than 50 hotel establishments in the region will offer more than 100 activities related to culture, gastronomy, cocktails, history, art, music, wellness and sports, technology and sustainability, among others.
- For the launch of this edition, the Madrid Hotel Business Association has once again had the support of the Department of Economy, Innovation and Finance of the Madrid City Council.
The Madrid Hotel Business Association (AEHM) presents the seventh edition of the 'Madrid Hotel Week' initiative that will be held under the motto 'EnCuerpoyAlma' and aims to convey to visitors and citizens a spirit with which to enjoy all the actions carried out with the soul of the hotels, through a multitude of experiences, the capital becomes the protagonist and the showcase of the latest developments and trends in the European hotel sector.
This new edition, which will be held between November 3 and 12, brings as a novelty the 'Madrid in balance' category, covering the area of responsibility and commitment in its initiatives related to social sustainability and the local economy. It will offer Madrid residents and visitors the opportunity to get to know the city's hotels in depth and experience more than 100 activities related to culture, gastronomy, cocktails, history, art, sports and wellness, family, music , literature, technology and sustainability.
This initiative, which was born in 2017 by opening the Madrid hotel plant and bringing it closer to the citizens, has already been consolidated on the agenda and has managed to publicize the most original and experiential side of the hotels, turning them into protagonists of the cultural, professional, gastronomic and leisure life of Madrid.
All this thanks to an attractive proposal of exclusive experiences designed to discover the wide range of Madrid hotels that also combine with accommodation, to attract Madrid residents and visitors to enjoy everything that the city's hotels can offer, at the same time who stay in their dream rooms.
Among the multitude of proposals, is the experience of living a gastronomic journey with a sushiman who joins with a bartender to offer a perfect fusion of flavors with 360º views of Madrid; a very sweet afternoon with which to enjoy a different snack, savoring a selection of hot chocolates accompanied by some exquisite churros; cocktails and tastings with storytelling from the oldest distillery in Venezuela; a fondue experience in the sky of Madrid with sweet and savory options; receive a bodycombat masterclass or enjoy a very rewarding experience that will help you connect body and soul followed by a delicious brunch; discover the private collection of Papua New Guinea cultures; art & wine activities or a guided tour, among others.
As highlighted by the executive vice president of AEHM, Mar de Miguel : “ Madrid is currently becoming one of the best urban destinations in the world. Once again, Madrid Hotel Week comes to highlight the city's heritage and demonstrate that hotels are a part of Madrid's life."
Furthermore, he added that "the capital has a value chain for tourism activity in which all its agents and hotel establishments work together in a common strategy towards a sustainable tourism model, committed and responsible for achieving common objectives of promoting tourism." For the launch of this seventh edition, the Madrid Hotel Business Association has once again counted on the support of the General Directorate of Commerce and Hospitality and the Tourism Area of the Madrid City Council. It is also sponsored by MasterCard. And the collaboration of Mahou, Las Rozas Village and Caixa Bank Hotels & Tourism. All They are firmly committed to the hotel sector.
Programming
At Madrid Hotel Week visitors will be able to enjoy gastronomic proposals , which are one of the hallmarks of Madrid's hotel offering; avant-garde cocktail workshops and experiences; routes inside hotels and visits to emblematic places in Madrid ; art-focused activities such as photography contests, guided tours and workshops ; sessions dedicated to sports and well-being ; performing arts and varied musical proposals ; literary talks; activities related to sustainability ; as well as accommodations and memorable experiences .
The programming will be completed by the Mastercard Priceless brand, a special collaborator of Madrid Hotel Week, which this year will raffle three dream stays at JW Marriott Hotel Madrid, UMusic Hotel Madrid, Hotel Thompson Madrid or Hotel Montera Curio Collection by Hilton.
In addition, it will feature activities organized by collaborating partners Nespresso and Ikea.
