“The Magic Lamp”: Valle-Inclán in a sensory key arrives in Villa de Vallecas and Carabanchel

The cultural program of 21 DISTRICTS brings to the neighborhoods "The Wonderful Lamp", a proposal by Giradas Producciones that revisits the mystical and esoteric text of Ramón del Valle-Inclán (1916) from a staging designed to appeal to the senses: word, musicality, aesthetics and atmospheres that invite to look at the world from another place.

The show will be presented twice: on Saturday, March 21st at 7:00 pm at the Zazuar Cultural Center (Villa de Vallecas) and on Saturday, March 28th at 7:00 pm at the Fernando Lázaro Carreter Cultural Center (Carabanchel). The performance lasts 65 minutes, is wheelchair accessible, and admission is free (until capacity is reached).

The event is part of the Participatory Project “On the Margins: Neighborhood Theatre Festival”, an initiative that aims to bring theatre to the outlying districts with accessible and participatory formats during the second half of March.
