THE VILLA DE VALLECAS PRODUCERS MARKET RETURNS THIS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8TH

This coming Saturday, November 8th, the Villa de Vallecas Municipal Producers' Market will return, a monthly event showcasing the best locally sourced agricultural products. The market will take place on part of the municipal plot located at Avenida del Ensanche de Vallecas nº 69 , on the corner of Calle de la Cañada del Santísimo .

The market, promoted by the Madrid City Council, seeks to encourage responsible consumption and support small local producers, offering residents the possibility of buying fresh, sustainable and seasonal food directly from those who grow or produce it.

The editions of this market are held on the second Saturday of each month , becoming a regular meeting point between producers and consumers of the district.

The opening hours for the public will be from 10:00 to 16:00 , while those for the producers will vary depending on the season:

  • Spring and summer: from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Autumn and winter: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

With this initiative, Villa de Vallecas reinforces its commitment to sustainability, local commerce and the revitalization of the district's public spaces.
