Lovers of traditional sweets rejoice. Next Tuesday, April 16th, the Ibiza Market will become the epicenter of flavor with a very special event: a torrija tasting day, open to the public and designed to celebrate one of the most emblematic desserts of Holy Week.

The event will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at location 27 , and will offer attendees the opportunity to try different versions of the classic torrija, made by Nacho Reyes. From the more traditional ones with milk and cinnamon to innovative ones with citrus notes, etc.

With this initiative, the Ibiza Market seeks not only to pay tribute to the pastry tradition, but also to encourage visits to the market and highlight the work of its professionals, who daily focus on quality and local produce.
