The city of Madrid is preparing to host a new edition of Women's Health Live , the women's fitness event par excellence, which is coming back stronger than ever on October 4th at the iconic Plaza de Colón . After the overwhelming success in Malaga and more than ten editions celebrated, this event promises an unforgettable afternoon for all sports lovers, regardless of their level of experience.
With a schedule that runs from 17:00 to 22:00 , the day will be full of energy, surprises and, above all, a lot of fitness. Masterclasses by Ffit Coco and Patricia Calas have already been confirmed, in addition to having the former Olympic gymnast Almudena Cid as master of ceremonies, ensuring a unique experience for attendees.
Women's Health Live is presented as an inclusive event for everyone, whether for sports fans or for those who just want to enjoy a fun and active afternoon in the company of friends. Among the highlights of the event, there is the participation of Coco Constans , better known as Ffit Coco, who with more than half a million followers on Instagram will teach one of her acclaimed Ffitpilates sessions.
