CIUDAD LINEAL LAUNCHES AN INTENSIVE CALENDAR OF ACTIVITIES FOR MAY 2025

The Ciudad Lineal district is preparing for a month of May packed with cultural, sports, and leisure activities for all audiences. With the aim of revitalizing neighborhood life and strengthening the community fabric after the winter break, the City Council has designed a program combining art, music, sports, and educational workshops in iconic neighborhoods such as Pueblo Nuevo, Ventas, and La Elipa.

Below, we leave you the activities that the Carmen Laforet Auditorium has, the La Elipa cultural center , the Príncipe de Asturias cultural center and the San Juan Bautista cultural center .

Throughout the month, these venues will host a varied theatrical program featuring both contemporary productions and revisited classics; participatory workshops , designed for all ages and levels, ranging from beginners in the visual arts to experimentation with new creative techniques; music series , which will include everything from intimate concerts to more energetic sessions in a variety of styles; and art exhibitions , showcasing the work of emerging and established artists in disciplines as diverse as photography, painting, and multimedia installations.

These four facilities will function as true hubs for neighborhood revitalization, offering spaces for meeting, learning, and cultural enjoyment without the need for advance reservations, and fostering cooperation between artists and residents to jointly build the creative pulse of our district.
