NOTARIAL ADVICE CYCLE “MADRID ADVISES YOU, SPECIAL FOR COMPANIES”

Within the collaboration agreement signed for this purpose, the Madrid Notarial College and the Madrid City Council join forces to extend the scope of notarial advice cycles to entrepreneurs and businessmen in the commercial, hospitality and services sectors of our city through of the program “Madrid advises you. Special companies” that will be taught within the training activity offered by the Commerce School of the Madrid City Council.

Notarial advice for entrepreneurship and the development of economic activity, whose purpose is that entrepreneurs can have notarial support in the different phases of a company, from its creation, organization, planning and financial management to the forms of resolution of possible labor conflicts.

During the first semester of 2024, five sessions lasting one and a half hours will be held at the headquarters of the Notarial College of Madrid, C/ Juan de Mena, nº 9. Attendance is free with prior registration.

  • First session: Wednesday, March 6, 2024, Entrepreneurship and company constitution. With the notary Álvaro Fernández de Piera.
  • Second session: Wednesday, April 3, 2024, The importance of notarial advice throughout the life of the company. With the notary Carmen Boulet Alonso.
  • Third session: May 22, 2024, Company financing. With the notary Pedro Armas Omedes.
  • Fourth session: June 5, 2024, The family business. With the notary Teresa Losada Fernández.
  • Fifth session: June 12, 2024, Arbitration, mediation and conciliation in business conflicts. With the notary Concepción Pilar Barrio Olmo.
