PHotoESPAÑA continues its tour with several openings this week at different cultural venues in Madrid. Casa de América hosts the presentation of Bego Antón's *Everybody Loves to Cha Cha Cha* on Tuesday, June 9, and on Wednesday, June 10, the Blanquerna bookstore will present Colita's *Nosaltres no tenim por. Nosaltres som*.
The festival program continues on Thursday, June 11, with Disfuncionarias by Tanit Plana at the Cerralbo Museum, and on Friday, June 12, with Toda mi casa es un altar by Gema Polanco at the National Museum of Decorative Arts. These four exhibitions reflect the diversity of perspectives and generations that characterizes this year's festival.
Under the motto "Reimagine ," the 29th edition of PHotoESPAÑA celebrates creativity, experimentation, and the exploration of the boundaries of photography, with the Netherlands as the guest country and a program that brings together established names in photography and emerging talent. The festival features nearly forty exhibitions in its Official Selection, runs until September 13, and will expand to include almost 100 exhibitions and venues, with 65% of the artists being women.
The full program, schedules and updated information can be found on the official PHotoESPAÑA website.
