Atelier Couture is preparing to celebrate its 15th edition on March 17th and 18th in the symbolic setting of the Royal Tapestry Factory . This historic space, intimately linked to textile crafts, once again becomes the perfect stage to showcase how contemporary couture engages with haute couture and current trends.

After surpassing its first decade, the platform is entering a new phase of maturity , reinforcing its strong identity and commitment to Spanish artisanal fashion. Since its inception in 2015, Atelier Couture's mission has been to showcase designers who prioritize quality, contemporary aesthetics, and the value of handcrafted techniques, establishing itself as an essential reference point on the national fashion calendar.


An edition that highlights the craft and the territory

The 15th edition arrives with a full program of fashion shows and exhibitions that will transform Madrid into the epicenter of Spanish craftsmanship. Established designers from different regions will present collections that reflect the creative richness and uniqueness of each territory, many of them supported by institutional representatives that demonstrate the backing of the autonomous communities for their local artisans.

Complementing the fashion show, the Teniers Room will host an exhibition where fine craftsmanship takes center stage. Hand-embroidered dresses and accessories, lace, veils, restored pieces from centuries past, mantillas, and Manila shawls will all be on display as living testaments to a legacy that continues to evolve.


The Goya Room: tradition and creativity in motion

The Sala Goya , a former carpet and tapestry workshop, will be the central hub for the fashion shows. In this historically rich setting, collections of bridal wear, formal wear, guest attire, special events, men's and women's tailoring, and accessories will be presented. Each show will trace a journey that connects technique, identity, and roots, reclaiming fashion as a cultural expression capable of engaging with new sensibilities and ways of understanding craftsmanship.


Sensory experience in the Textile Dyeing Garden

The tour culminates in the Textile Dyeing Garden , a unique space housing a collection of plants traditionally used for dyeing fabrics. There, local producers from different regions will offer tastings of artisanal products , inviting the public to enjoy a sensory pause that extends the experience beyond fashion.


A consolidated platform heading into its second decade

With over 300 designers having presented their collections throughout its history, Atelier Couture inaugurates its second decade with this edition, reaffirming its role as a platform that connects craftsmanship, local traditions, and contemporary fashion . In a context where high-quality craftsmanship has become a key value for those seeking unique and meaningful garments, Atelier Couture remains an essential space for meeting and showcasing new talent.
