The Madrid City Council has launched inclusive cooking workshops in two of the city's municipal markets, aimed at people with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This free initiative uses gastronomy to promote independence, motor skills, and socialization in a friendly and accessible environment.

The workshops will take place in the Guzmán el Bueno market on April 7, 8 and 9, and in the La Guindalera market on April 14 and 15, with professionals from the sector.
